Sessions start promptly at 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and held at Piedmont Housing Alliance Housing Office located at 111 Monticello Ave Ste. 104 (corners of Monticello Ave and Gleason, downtown ACAC building) To RESERVE a seat you must PRE-REGISTER call 434-817-2436 or email info@piedmonthousing.org

Community Education Workshops are held on the 4th Wednesday’s of each month at Piedmont Housing Alliance-Charlottesville and surrounding areas, starting May 27th through October 28th. All workshops begin at 6 pm -8pm.
Workshops cover information on the Regional Home Ownership Center, First time homebuyer information, Fair Housing Program, Financial Education, Predatory Lending/Don’t Borrow Trouble, Rental Counseling, and Default/Foreclosure Prevention)
